Complexity Level Score™(CLS)
An 8-dimension, 0–100 normalized score that classifies every engagement into STANDARD (0–39), ELEVATED (40–69), or CRITICAL (70–100) before a fee is quoted. Produced by the Sovereign Case Diagnostic™. Dimensions include asset complexity, beneficiary count, conflict potential, litigation exposure, jurisdictional risk, tax complexity, timeline urgency, and forensic need.

Eliminates fee surprises. Every client receives a written score before any engagement begins.

Sovereign Case Diagnostic™(SCD)
The authoritative 8-question forensic intake assessment that produces the official CLS™ score. Server-side, audit-logged, and routed to Asana for case activation. Scores ≥70 trigger the Forensic Restoration Apex™ protocol. Scores ≥40 trigger the ELEVATED engagement track.
Result
Every referral arrives pre-qualified. Attorneys send clients knowing the complexity is already documented.

Task Value Score™(TVS)
A per-task scoring formula (Complexity × Risk × Recovery Leverage) that assigns every task to the correct staff level and billing rate. Eliminates billing for inefficiency. Every Clio invoice entry is TVS-scored before submission. Tasks rated TVS 21–25 qualify for the Forensic Restoration Apex™ track.
Result
Every invoice line is defensible. No task is billed above its documented complexity and risk level.

Strategic Value Unit™(SVU)
A five-category value-tracking framework that quantifies the return on every dollar of fees paid. Categories: Cost Reduction, Revenue Generation, Risk Mitigation, Time Savings, Relationship Enhancement. Every SVU entry is logged in the quarterly IMPACT Report. SVU documentation is the evidentiary basis for extraordinary compensation petitions (PC §10801) and performance milestone payments in government contracts.
Result

Engagement Retainer
An advance on fees collected at engagement start. Secures case priority, activates the Sovereign Case Diagnostic™, and is applied to the first billing cycle. Amount varies by tier: STANDARD ($1,500–$3,000), ELEVATED ($3,000–$7,500), CRITICAL / Apex ($7,500–$18,500).
Result
Case priority confirmed. Forensic review begins within 48 hours.

Referral Engagement Deposit
The upfront fee paid by a referring attorney's client at intake. Confirms case acceptance, activates the Sovereign Case Diagnostic™, and is applied to the first billing cycle. Referral partners are notified of deposit receipt within 24 hours.

Referring attorneys receive same-day confirmation that their client's matter is active.

Mobilization Fee
Standard government contract mobilization payment covering onboarding, compliance setup, and initial agency assessment. Aligns with FAR 52.232-32. Paid at contract execution. Covers the first 30 days of agency onboarding, Sovereign OS™ configuration, and compliance baseline documentation.

Monthly Administration Fee
Periodic fee invoiced monthly with an itemized TVS™ task log. Billing method follows matter type: hourly (conservatorship, $95–$525/hr by staff level), AUM-based (trust, 0.65%–1.75% annually), or statutory (probate, PC §10800). Every invoice includes a TVS™ score for each line item.

Base Service Fee
Fixed monthly or quarterly fee per government contract SOW. Covers ongoing fiduciary oversight, compliance reporting, and Sovereign OS™ case management. Invoiced per agency net-30 terms. Includes monthly compliance report, quarterly IMPACT Report, and annual audit-readiness certification.

Performance Milestone Payment
Incentive fee tied to documented outcomes — clawback recovery, compliance certification, audit clearance. Structured per FAR Part 16.4 incentive fee provisions. Triggered at contract milestones: 30-day onboarding completion, 90-day compliance certification, case close with documented recovery.

Agency pays only for documented outcomes. No milestone achieved, no milestone payment.
