100 Tasks. Fixed Prices.
No Hourly Surprises.
The only published fixed-price fiduciary task catalog in California. Every task is scored by complexity, priced by value, and assigned to the right team member — before work begins.
Three Scores. Complete Price Transparency.
Every dollar we charge is justified by one of three mathematically-derived scores — not by how many hours we spend. This is how we eliminate the "black box" of fiduciary billing.
Case Level Score
The Entry Filter. Scores overall case complexity at intake to set the engagement tier and global fee expectation before work begins.
Task Value Score
The Price Engine. Weights complexity, risk, and recovery leverage to set the fixed price for every task in the 100-item outcome catalog.
Strategic Value Unit
The Strategic Trigger. When a task escalates beyond the catalog due to litigation, heir conflict, or tax controversy, SVU activates the Strategic Rate and documents the ROI.
The Strategic Rate ($495/hr) is activated exclusively by SVU — when a task escalates beyond the fixed-price catalog due to litigation, heir conflict, or tax controversy. Fixed-price tasks in the 100-item catalog are NOT billed at the Strategic Rate.
Three Engagement Tiers
Your Case Level Score determines which tier fits your situation. Each tier includes a fixed engagement fee that covers the initial scope of work.

Why Fixed Pricing Changes Everything
No Hourly Clock Running
Traditional fiduciaries bill by the hour — creating a perverse incentive to work slowly. Our fixed prices mean we're incentivized to work efficiently. The faster we resolve your case, the better our margins.
Court-Defensible by Design
Every fixed price is backed by a TVS score that documents complexity, risk, and recovery leverage. When the court asks 'why did this cost $4,500?', we point to the score — not a timesheet.
14–18 months Resolution
While traditional estates stall for 24–36 months, our AI-amplified system and fixed-price model forces momentum. You know the cost upfront, and we deliver 40–60% faster than the industry average.
9:1 Documented ROI
For every dollar in fees, we create at least $9 in documented, measurable value for the estate. The Estate of Alice Maine case study proves it: ${FORENSIC_APEX.maineCaseRecovery} recovered on a ${FORENSIC_APEX.maineCaseFee} engagement.
Right Person. Right Task. Right Price.
Not every task requires the principal fiduciary. Our Delegation Strike assigns each task to the optimal team member based on TVS score — driving the blended rate down to $272.95/hr and saving $17,216 per estate.
